When Nancy, Gary, and Elly Bennett came for dinner with us on Saturday evening, March 2, 2013, they arrived in their new car.

They traded in the 2001 Saturn wagon on a red Subaru impreza station wagon.

It was one of the topics of conversation as we chatted before dinner about Elly’s spring break and her approaching graduation from Georgetown Law Center with a JD degree.

I hope to go with Nancy and Gary to Washington D.C. on Saturday, May 18, 2013, for the ceremonies on Sunday, returning home on Monday morning. Elly told us about her luncheon with the judge with whom she will begin a one year clerkship in September, and her plans for the future.

We also discussed the plans for Geoff and Amanda’s wedding on Sunday, September 1, 2013, especially what everyone will be wearing. It is such fun to be part of what is going on in this active family.

We had dinner together here at Willow Valley, and returned to our apartment to continue to enjoy Elly’s sharing with us her busy life.
