The weather warmed to 65 degrees on Saturday, March 9, 2013, when Michael and Rachel Lassman brought Henry and Dillon to Willow Valley for a swim.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The ritual snack after swimming was followed by the photo with great grandparents.

We are so glad that they enjoy coming to Willow Valley, and we so enjoy hearing what is going on in their world.

On Sunday Suzy and Fran, Andy and Meghan Talarowski came for dinner with us.

Their big news was the 1890’s house at 4800 Springfield Avenue, Philadelphia, which they will settle on at the end of April.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They had two iPads filled with photos and explained to us all the great improvements they wanted to make.

Suzy and Fran are planning to move from the suburbs to a condominium nearby when they find just what they want.

On Saturday, May 11, 2013, Andy and Meghan are inviting family and friends to a potluck barbeque drop-in party at their new house, although they do not plan to move there until the end of May. It will also serve as a graduation party for Meghan’s completion of her Masters degree in Landscaping Architecture and Urban Renewal at Penn on May 13.

It is thrilling to see all their youthful enthusiasm for the huge challenges in front of them. As Spring approaches we look forward to all the family events  that show the renewal of a zest for life that this family demonstrates.
